I received the greatest amount of light during Adoration, which I used to make lying prostrate before the Blessed Sacrament for half an hour every day for the whole of Lent. During this time I learned more about myself and about God (Diary 147).

We recite the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy using the ordinary rosary.

We begin; You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of Mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelope the whole world and empty Yourself out for us.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen

O blood and water which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of Mercy for us, I trust in You *3
